The house of which I feel proud

คุณจิตติพัฒน์ วารีชล

I feel good and secured at a certain level. At least, my monthly expenses are worth for it. It is my property and asset.

Happiness of a freelancer is to perform beloved works in the chosen surroundings and self-managed life. Chitphiphat Wareechol, one of freelancers, loves freedom like his artworks.

After graduation and pursuit of dreams in his regular work for several years, he saved some money and planned to build his own family, life and future by purchasing a “house” which is his first property. He thinks that it will be another important step in his life from now on. “I feel good and secured at a certain level. At least, my monthly expenses are worth for it. It is my property and asset. In the past, I rented the residence and it was my property. At least now I live in my own property. Someday I may move to a house in the future, but today I am satisfied that I can afford at this level.”

Having been looking for the first house in several areas, he finally chose The Niche Wongwienyai-Taksin to be his first residence. “I had surveyed many projects. Some provides less and usable areas and uncomfortable functions. Some provides inconvenient transportation. Here, there is a swimming pool, fitness center, and good common areas. The buildings’ positions of other projects are too close so they look congested. The prices of this Project are considered moderate price. I am able to afford it. Also, here is not bustle. Although the surrounding area is a community, it’s not crowded. The transportation is convenient. Even in a rush hour, I can use MRT and BTS.”

Although the first residence of Chitphiphat has no spacious and huge areas, it is big enough to make his heart flutter with happiness and pride.
